TCP

TCP(brand name : Super Phos) is produced according to our company's own manufacturing process. After it is mixed and aged with the selected good quality phosphate rock, sodium carbonate and phosphoric acid. It is in the calcinating process which is continuously operated at high temperatures. During the calcination process, a chemical change occurs ; that is, poisonous components like fluorine contained in phosphate rock is eliminated and at the same time, the firmly composed crystal structure of phosphate rock is broken down. It's finally changed to "Solid Form A", chemical compoud 6Ca3(PO4)2 x 2CaNaPO4.

The semimanufactured calcination goods which has already been chemically changed in high temperature are provided after the process of quick freezing, refining and grinding, and rigid examination and strict analysis.
